Copy Writing
For over 30 years, I have developed marketing concepts, high-level taglines and content for high-tech businesses worldwide, from SMBs to blue chip enterprises. My work is ultimately about delivering a message as quickly and easily as possible; about striking against the indifference of your audience and opening their minds to a sales message.
I will always try to look at your product from a fresh angle, to inspire interest, perhaps draw your audience in with humour and, unusually in a B2B marketplace, promote it with the same gusto that you would expect from consumer marketing.
Hopefully, the following pieces speak for themselves...
An old ad, written when the web was young, but one of my favourites. The product of a great dynamic working relationship with a client who wanted to get noticed.
This ad ran in IBM Computer Today.
I'm a paragraph. Click here to add your own text and edit me. It's easy.
An ad for Siemens Traffic, emphasising the real cost of polluting vehicles in towns and cities
An email campaign for a cloud services business, building attendance for a series of breakfast briefings
Another ad for Siemens, this time the Security Products division. A playful, colloquial approach to promoting a CCTV storage device that could make life difficult for urban graffiti artists
Spoof newspaper clipping, written as part of an ABM campaign
